προσαχέω (Doric form for προσηχέω [Plut. et al.]; see Mlt-H. 71) resound of the surf, indicating that land is near by Ac 27:27 v.l. (resonare in mss. gig s; s. προσάγω 2a).—DELG s.v. ἠχή.
